The kernel preemption isn't dynamically configurable, so it's likely irrelevant
with yast module (as we don't provide preemptive kernel, anyway).

rlimits (via pam config) is one thing yast can handle well. The configuration
is relatively easy.

But what else do you need to install additionally? If you mean jack, etc, it's
not the role of yast "configurator". It's rather a "pattern" issue.
