Starting in 2007 in the USA, daylight time will begin on the second Sunday of
March (formerly April) and end the first Sunday of November (formerly last
Sunday of October). I haven't seen any patch for this yet, and searches on
Bugzilla and Google reveal only "is SuSE doing something?", not any promises of
This applies to all hardware versions and OS releases.
