I use OpenSUSE 10.2 with s2disk (from the current suspend.sf.net CVS) on an
nx6325 and there are no problems with onlining the second core during the
resume.

Anyway, the offlining and onlining of the nonboot CPUs is carried out by the
kernel and the userland tools have nothing to do with it (I wrote them, so I
know :-)). This is a _kernel_ problem and most probably cpufreq-related one.
That's why I asked Bernhard which cpufreq governor he uses.
