The problem with not shipping perl-IO-Socket-SSL is that if the user enables
ssl support, ddclient itself doesn't report the missing module. ddclient runs
and fails with no output.

I had to run in verbose or debug mode to figure out why it was failing.

Why is adding an extra package (perl-IO-Socket-SSL), even if only ddclient uses
it, a bad thing? If rpm had a 'suggests' it would be a different story. I
can't think of any other suse package (not that that means much) where a user
needs to guess which additional package to install in order for the package to
fully function.

(Side note: shouldn't rpm's auto dep perl scanning stuff pick this dep up?)
