'content' file at the root directory of an installation source can contain
links to optional installation sources. Currently there is:

EXTRAURLS http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/
OPTIONALURLS
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-Factory-non-oss/inst-s
ource-extra/
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-OSS-factory-debug/inst
-source-debug/

If the system is connected to the Internet during installation then after
registering and online update you should see a popup asking whether to register
the sources from the content file.

So from my point of view the requested functionality is already implemented.
Or have I missed something?
