Ok, I'll try others (as I'm not a professional, it's not so easy to know which
modules are appropriate for rmmod).

Ok, but 1. I only recently installed acerhk, that means that most experience
with s2disk (and s2ram) I made without the acerhk-module. 2. On init=/bin/bash
I loaded acerhk too and this didn't influence in the correct suspend and
resume. Nevertheless I'll give some more tries without acerhk.
