https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=118131 ------- Comment #71 from hpj@urpla.net 2007-02-05 06:21 MST ------- Even factory is way behind ATM. Guys, you should consider testing with freetype-2.3.1. They've fixed a few ugly bugs lately. It's quite easy to build it based on freetype2 from 10.2 or factory. Just install some freetype2-*.src.rpm with rpm -i, copy version 2.3.1 including doc from http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/freetype into /usr/src/packages/SOURCES, cp attached spec file to /usr/src/packages/SPECS, run: rpmbuild -ba --target \ i686-suse-linux /usr/src/packages/SPECS/freetype2-2.3.1.spec é voila, your brand new SUSE compatible freetype2 package is ready to be installed on any number of machines.. I'm using it on 9.3 with success. I just switched off "using system font" in OO, since that looked too ugly with Tahoma.., and accepted the AA-blurriness on font rendering here. Let us know about the outcome. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
