Summary: rpm out of bash completion list
Product: openSUSE 10.2
Version: Final
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Basesystem
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: dieter.jurzitza@xxxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx

In older SuSE distributions (tested until SuSE 9.3) the command

rpm -hiv xx<TAB>

completed the name xx.. to xx<whatsoever>.rpm given that the corresponding rpm
is situated in the current directory.

This functionality does not exist any more with openSuSE 10.2, what is quite
annoying.

Thanks for looking into this,

take care

Dieter Jurzitza
