Summary: abiword-2.4.5-40: array subscript is above array bounds
Product: openSUSE 10.2
Version: Final
Platform: All
OS/Version: SuSE Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Other
AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: dcb314@xxxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx

I just tried to compile package abiword-2.4.5-40
with GNU compiler version 4.3 snapshot 20070202.

The compiler said

fl_AutoNum.cpp:414: warning: array subscript is above array bounds

The source code is

while (i < NrElements(p) && p[i] || p[i] != '\0')

There seems to be a problem with precedence here. Perhaps the
programmer intended

while ((i < NrElements(p)) && (p[i] != '\0'))
