Well, if the available hyperlinks don't help a user to configure his graphics
card (like evidently in this case) then all the assumptions that it would be
"good enough" were obviously wrong.

If this happens to a user, the installation is over for him. What is he
supposed to do?

Sorry, but this is a clear misuse of all that proposal API. There is not even a
hint how to do anything manually if it doesn't work. And IMHO that "use the
hyperlinks" popup is no more than adding insult to injury.
