The LCD Display is configured for 1680x1050 pixels, the external monitor and graphics resolution are configured to be 1280x1024 or 1024x768 (tried both) when pressing the Fn+F8 key combination, then the LCD gets dark, and the correct image and resolution is shown on the external Display. Pressing this key combination again, disables the external vga connector and enables the internal one again.
