The thing is that NetworkManager seems to detects the wireless card in eth1, but with driver 'macio' instead of 'aiport' (it could be the problem...):
Have you tried unloading the module 'macio' (rmmod macio) and load the module airport (modprobe airport) manually?
It seems that 'macio' is not a loadable module... Maybe 'macio' is not a loadable module, but a built-in module in the kernel.
