https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=225194 Summary: Strange package selection issue, when choosing language during installation. Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: RC 4 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: zsu@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com CC: mfabian@novell.com How to reproduce: 1. Boot with openSUSE 10.2 RC4 DVD, select Simplified Chinese in isolinux menu. 2. After boot into installation, select Software Details, open language selection page, you can see that zh_CN is selected already, and scim-qtimm package is selected. 3. Enable zh_TW by clicking the check box of zh_TW language, then you can see that most packages of zh_TW will be selected. 4. check package scim-qtimm again, you may find that it's not selected anymore. I don't know whether it's scim-qtimm specific issue or a generic issue which may affect other packages. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
