When I am at the office, on a wired network, and then go home to a 128bit encrypted WEP wifi network, the networkmanager does not see my WIFI network. I see one, unencrypted, wifi network (just so happens someone left the SSID as "linksys"). This is the only one I see for sometimes 5-10 minutes and then other networks show up, including my own. Funny enough, when I run "iwlist eth1 scan", after 10-15 seconds I see my SSID but networkmanager does not see it yet. I've tried the "Connect to other wireless" and "Connect New" options and they somtimes won't connect either.
