See YQUI::pickAutoFonts() in qt/src/

But you can't simply enlarge them - then some texts will be cut off.
Currently, the font size depends on the "default size" - the size of the YaST2
main window, which is now 800x600 or 1024x786.

If we make it depend on screen size instead, texts will be cut off - the
widgets will require more screen space than available. That's why I did not
simply do that.

So actually leaving the font sizes is the only option we have here if the
window size is to remain 800x600 or 1024x768.

I don't know a solution. I don't think there is a reasonable solution.
That had been my point in all the discussions about that small window size.
