Besides that the boosters wiki page contains not that much useful information. After reading it twice I still did not know what the boosters are for, if they are open to join (what would be good, for a community) or what they a did in the past. Also quotes like ' Rid the world of all Evil' are nice but does not explain that much. Hmm, have also read the paragraph starting with "The openSUSE Boosters are..."? I thought that explains quite ok what we are for. Mind the mantra!
I would also like to now how to add a new goal, who decides which goals are accepted and if one (from the community) could step in to help solving problems. Goals can be added by people having and account and appropiate perms in retro, that can be everybody. However, I would appreciate if new goals would be proposed on this mailing list before entering. Discussion about the goals is always appreciated.
The goals we work on are picked during our team meetings. There are several aspects which are going to be picked, for example the skillset of the people, upcoming events and vacations and such. I wouldn't like to give the goal picking completely off my hand to be honest. Regarding our relation to community and joining the team: Yes, surely all community members are invited to join the team. We are nothing but community! So whenever you see something we doing or not, treat us as if we were the community members around the corner: Discuss, help, kick ass, do whatever you do with your community peers :-) And yes, AI taken, the page in the Wiki could state that better.
