Now, we tried the hole process over PXE-Boot. This works well, but the Packages in the Postinstall-Section are not installed.

not enough information. openSUSE Version? When it work, it's from DVD? When not it's from network and if so, is your network up and running when the post-packages section is evaluated? if you booted via PXE or from DVD should be totally independent from the post- packages section.
