Ich komme einfach nicht mehr weiter. Ich habe Suse 8.0 Professional, leider keine Handbuecher. Ich moechte Suse auf einer eigenen Partition auf einem Sony VAIO SRX99 installieren. Das Firewire CD ROM wir nicht unterstuezt, deshalb habe ich alle CD aus die Platte kopiert, alle Ordner aus CD1/suse/ CD2/suse etc. liegen jetzt auf C:/temp/suse. Die anderen Ordner aus der 1.CD liegen in c:/temp. Filesystem: NTFS mit win XP. Beim booten waehle ich Option "rootimage erzwingen". Nach div. Schritten bekomme ich eine Uebersicht ueber die Installationsdauer, leider wird immer nur die ERSTE CD rom installiert, danach springt er gleich weiter. Ist das normal ? Werden die restlichen CDs erst nach dem 1. booten installiert ? Zumindest bekomme ich keine Fehlermeldung. Waehrend des ersten bootens bekomme ich folgende Meldungen: . . .
