[opensuse-artwork] Need design/label format for printing openSUSE LEAP dvd's

Hello, This is Amey from India. I am attending FOSSAsia summit next month @ Singapore & I am going to distribute openSUSE LEAP DVD's for free to the attendees. I am looking for printing/label format for LEAP DVD.
