Contact Henne, he re-built the logo a few months ago, ask him to add it to the repository (I thought it was there.)
Our logo is of course in our repository :)

I was actually referring to the artwork repository. :-)
Though I don't disagree with the current placement of the logo in the path you listed above, there needs to be also a common folder that has all of the various logos in one place. (Though I wonder about how to keep it consistently in sync.)
The fact that in this very thread, victorhck couldn't find it, and Marcus pointed to an older version (which I like better), indicates that it isn't suitable for designers to go rummaging through the 107 repositories currently owned by openSUSE on github in order to find the proper official logo for whatever openSUSE product that individual is promoting.

Don't worry that much, if obs team is aware that we have copy of their official inside our repo and kindly warn us if they build a new copy. For the future, placing a warning notice in a text file where the original stay, and a reverse one inside our own artwork repo would be the best workflow we can have ...
Just have a check with henne about the licence.
That sounds like a good plan. And having everything in one place would help to identify which products have logos and which don't. (This was always a challenge for me when developing marketing materials and banners etc.) Energy could then be focused on making new logos where none exist. Such as OpenQA, which doesn't have a logo AFAICT. Bryen -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-artwork+owner@opensuse.org
