I'm assuming you mean 9.0/AMD64 here.

At least the first is a "WinModem". I'm not 100% sure about the second, but it
sounds like one too. For WinModems you are out of luck on 64bit currently, because
there are no free drivers and AFAIK nobody has released binary only 64bit winmodem
drivers yet.
