[api] Use unified diff in XML form from backend directly.
Instead of generating our own XML, backend already has all the data.

[webui] First steps towards a better per-action diff view.
Diff view looks closer to code.google.com diff view. Files are now
sorted:
1st level: changes -> spec -> other files
2nd level: alphabetical
It should be much clearer what was added or deleted or changed.
