Still not entirely fixed I don't think. e.g., when I open https://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/iso/ click on an iso's details link, then click on "Map showing the closest mirrors" I get a map with 4 markers, one of which ID's my location in FL (extreme SE USA), and 3 others, numbered 1, 2 & 4, all of which are located in Europe, and up to 10 times as far away as mirrors that I know exist in the USA[1]. https://sfo-korg-mirror.kernel.org/opensuse/distribution/leap/42.3/iso/ is in CA on the opposite side of CONUS, approximately 57% of the distance to the closest of those three mirrors on the other side of the Atlantic.
