D-Installer changelogs update

Hi all, To make testing easier, I would like to update D-Installer images after merging each PR. Of course, we could have a "blessed" version in the future for end-users, but I would like to start building the testing image as soon as possible. For that reason, I would like to kindly ask you to update the changes files in each PR. They are in the package/ directory of each module (service, web, cli, image).
