We just don't know which repositories will be there, that's the trick :) We download the list from web ;) Even with descriptions.
And yes, currently (Beta1) there are only three official openSUSE repos., If you run the same feature on the running system, you'll get also other ones.
So I'd rather go for: Install Software from Pre-Selected Repositories Or "pre-defined". Or simply "from configured repos". I'd rather avoid the word "Internet" in the option label (we could mention it in the help text instead).
