Heads-up: SUSEConnect-ng is included in SP4

Hi all, While working on a P1[1], I found out that the SP4 inst-sys already ships SUSEConnect-ng (the new Go-based version). So we should have that into account when dealing with registration bugs and contact the SCC team if something does not work as we expected.
