[yast-devel] Going forward with the landing page

As you may know, we are trying to create a landing page for the project in order to make the life of new contributors easier. And as you may also know, there is a beautiful TODO.txt [1] file in the repository. Let's try to not let the initiative die after this week. To make sure we all share the vision about the goal of the page, I updated the README.md [2]. It's actually just my vision (after some discussions with different people this week), so please don't hesitate to open a discussion about any aspect. I also included a draft for the CONTRIBUTING.md [3] file with the process we should probably follow after this week to go forward with the creation of the page. Nothing special, just a shorter version of our general contribution guide. Cheers. Hi Yasties, Yesterday we had a very productive discussion about important Yast themes. On of them was "Code Review", and because Ancor works on a great Yast Landing Page for Yast users and Developers, I decided to put it there as well. Just a reminder: Code review is mandatory. The document is not written into stone. If you want to propose an improvement, use a pull request, but make sure you don't change the logic / requirements before having an approval from the team first. Hi, I improve yast-meta, so now `y2m clone all` clones only not dropped modules. Reason for this change that number of dropped modules are quite big now and create unnecessary overhead. [yast-devel] New bugzilla - update your queries!

Hi all, The new updated bugzilla has a new state "IN_PROGRESS" which should be used for bugs which you are currently working on. ("ASSIGNED" just says that you are the correct bug owner, bug if you have many bugs assigned it's not obvious which one you are working on...) But the problem is that your existing saved queries will not use this new state! (I was wandering why I cannot see a bug in the list of my open bugs after changing the status, then I realized the reason...) So please update your queries for open bugs to not miss something.
