Dropping unused subprojects on OBS?

Hi all, with the announcement of devel projects getting moved to git soon-ish[1], I figured it might be time to clean up our sub-projects. With this I mainly mean rat and disks: - rat: while I still regularly run the services to pull the latest git sources, due to seeming lack of interest I haven't spent any time fixing build failures in a long time, meaning it's pretty broken. - rat:images: these have not built successfully for a long time as far as I can tell - disks: same as rat:images Is there any interest in trying to get them back in a working state or are we better off putting our time elsewhere? Personally I'm in favour of dropping the images / disks but could be convinced to try getting rat itself into a working state again if there actually is interest. [1] https://lists.opensuse.org/archives/list/factory@lists.opensuse.org/message/... -- Have a lot of fun!

Thanks for bringing this up! FWIW, I never used any of these projects, so I wouldn't have an issue with getting them removed. Cheers. l8er manfred

I see you've cleaned up most sub-projects. There is still X11:xfce:4.19 which I'll remove, too, as X11:xfce is at version 4.20 now. The first package of the next development version 4.21 has just been released, so I'll create a new X11:xfce:4.21 and copy everything from X11:xfce to it. Cheers. l8er manfred

I'm in favour of dropping all of RAT. It requires a lot of attention to keep up to date and frankly I barely have the time nowadays. Best, Maurizio
