[opensuse-wiki] Kiwi Cookbook

http://old-en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/KIWI/Cookbook needs to be mapped/ copied/ whatever magic you folks do :) to http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/KIWI/Cookbook because lots of links seem to take me to this page. It's a little frustrating :) thanks! -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+help@opensuse.org

To which of these two pages the links are pointing, and from where? The new page is here: http://en.opensuse.org/Portal:KIWI Greetings -- Thomas Schmidt (tschmidt [at] suse.de) SUSE Linux Products GmbH :: Research & Development :: Tools "Computers are useless. http://www.novell.com/communities/node/10464/step-step-guide-set-kiwi-build-... (link at bottom of page) I'm sure there were others but I can't see them right now. Anyways - shouldn't the 'old' page redirect to the 'new', or the corresponding page that I'm being redirected to, rediret to the funtioning new page? Just seems weird landing on the wiki equivalent of a 404 when there's valid equivalent content. Have you seen this? http://opensuse-wiki.blogspot.com/ cheers Helen On Fri, Nov 26, 2010 at 9:02 PM, Thomas Schmidt <tschmidt@suse.de> wrote:

The general guideline is that the wiki team is quite conservative with adding redirects to the main namespace. But in this case it makes sense I think because some popular pages are linking there which we can't change. So I added a redirect now.
