we took Hermes into consideration for FlaggedRevs Wiki QA afaik.
Thomas came up with that approach some time ago. Unfortunately I
haven't found the time to organize the planned testing session yet.

You can use it to create a subscription for wiki page changes on https://hermes.opensuse.org/subscriptions It's not used yet in any process of the wiki team, as for the reviewing process the built-in feeds are sufficient.
