A place for generic kde description articles and such could be put in a Applications->Desktop Enviroments->KDE category. My apologies if I caused any problems. I'm doing my best to put some sensible organization in a site that I find very valuable and hope by instituting some sort of hierarchy of categories, others such as new opensuse users can easily navigate the wiki and find exactly what they are looking for.
