Attempt to bring right column to the top of the article, removing need for Navbar template, is spoiled with something that doesn't let right column go to the top. Tag <div style="width:100%; clear:both;"> on the top, lowers left column and leaves 2 empty lines between title and first frame.
After few attempts to compact source text I still have no idea what is preventing right column to start from the top.
This happens because of the flaggedrevs box on the top right. I tried to position it absolute, but this broke bentofluid.
