Welcome Phan Vinh Thinh,
World has changed since yesterday :-) Please look at http://en.opensuse.org/Translations
Men, so there are more pages need to be translated until translation meets requirement? Don't know when I'll finish this work :(. I updated bookmark. Thank you.
BTW, I found this 2 pages: http://en.opensuse.org/Vi.opensuse.org http://en.opensuse.org/Vi:
They are probably your first try to start, but as you can see in "OpenSUSE Translation Guide" you will have to use different names, so this two are probably not needed anymore. If you want to delete them, you can include template {{deletion|<here_your_explanation_why_like_created_by_mistake>}} somewhere on the page. Some of administrators will delete them when they find time for that.
I did.
Sorry for wrong template. The template "deletion" doesn't exist yet. Correct name should be "delete". With < and > brackets your text doesn't show up ?! Delimiter for comments that only editors can see should be <!-- some_comment --> but it is obvious that within {{ and }} it works different.
The < and > brackets are mostly used in programming examples instead of " and " or ( and ). This is unspoken convention and most of people here use this for any example text, like I did.
Example should look like: {{delete| I wanted to announce about Vietnamese translation}} but it looks better like this {{delete| I wanted to announce about Vietnamese translation}}
You can check how it looks with Show Preview button, located next to Save.
I corrected this on pages: Vi.opensuse.org Vi: Vi
