Sooner or later we need some place for guys that would like to present gadgets like this that can extend usability of computers and also make openSUSE attractive to few more people.
The only thing that I don't like is that it is starting with one small business web page that leads further to: http://tigoe.net/pcomp/index.shtml Google "Physical Computing" gives this as a first hit: http://itp.nyu.edu/~dbo3/physical/physical.html
At the end I'm still not sure where is direct connection between openSUSE as operating system and gadgets and I would like to hear your opinion.
But there is a small howto on the page, which have in my opinion value to have it, but yes: i'm not sure if this is just generic how to do it anyway.
As long there is no direct advertisement, and thats not what i see, and without value i'm fine with that.
Maybe i don't got your points, please help me :-)
I wasn't sure what others think about and it seems that we share impression. The fact is that some other open source projects look for sponsors, openSUSE at the moment don't need that, but if someone comes and want to promote his product we actually have no place, nor procedure how to do that. There is no one they can contact for conditions, or I missed some recent development. I don't see openSUSE wiki as good place for that. Not for us, nor for potential sponsors. -- Regards, Rajko. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-wiki+help@opensuse.org
