It should be something about the codecs, but instead it simply offers to download leap or tumbleweed.

It offered outdated information for outdated distributions. It has been removed. You can find up to date information in the wiki

I know that page, but this one:
https://en.opensuse.org/Concepts_multimedia
says:
+++-------------------- To add proprietary multimedia support in openSUSE, please refer to the following websites:
openSUSE codecs openSUSE-Community.org --------------------++-
where the first one points to https://software.opensuse.org/codecs which says nothing of what supposedly should say.
Also https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Multimedia is work in progress.
I know where to find the information I want, but it is difficult for newcommers.

That sounds like you have enough knownledge to fix the Concepts_multimedia page ;-)
You probably already know that en.opensuse.org is a wiki, so - can you please login and update that page? ;-)

I don't know what the https://software.opensuse.org/codecs page should say, or what it said. That's the page that is wrong and is not a wiki. Restricted.
Of course I could repair the https://en.opensuse.org/Concepts_multimedia, erasing a link, but that's not the correct solution, IMO. The info that was in the "codecs" page is missing and I don't even know what was there.

Thanks. Not easy to read for me, but it will do.
