Yeah, sorry, somehow I missed 2021.06 itself was the major upgrade ;-) So I guess the packages got installed from the SLE vendor because the upgrade to 2021.06 happened with Leap had packages newer than what Uyuni provided. It's safe to change the vendor back to Uyuni as you suggested, and in fact the right thing to do. We'll need to talk to openSUSE releng about those packages being at openSUSE.

If so: did you follow the major upgrade procedure? That already runs an update with vendor changed allowed on the background.
In any case: yes, those packages must always come from Uyuni. openSUSE should not really include them.
