Check, of there is already a system with the same name registered and remove that before your next try.

I've got a freshly built openleap 15.2 server running 2020.07.  When I try
to install a client, the client shows up in Salt, which I accept, but the
client never appears in the systems list.  Any suggestions as to where I
look to see what is going on?
