Hi, I have a few questions regarding NetworkManager and search domains. I've learned that some of my questions can be answered using a local dnsmasq but I wonder how to do this without. 1. By default NetworkManager prepends the search domain from DHCP server to the search list in /etc/resolv.conf. I don't like that any public WiFi router overrides my own search list this way. Is it possible to let it APPEND instead if prepend? 2. NetworkManager is using the domain part from /etc/hostname as search domain. How to tell him not to do this? 3. How to add more than one domains to the search list? cu, Rudi -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
