[opensuse] graphics tablet hotplug
Hi. We have 3 graphics tablets to share between 18 of us. If the tablet is plugged in when the user logs in from the kde login screen the tablet works fine. If it is then removed and the plugged into another client on the lan, the user has to login and log out to make the tablet work. A pain. Is there a way to make it work without having to log out and then back in again? lynn@hh1:~> uname -r 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop lynn@hh1:~> lsusb Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub Bus 001 Device 002: ID 13fe:3100 Kingston Technology Company Inc. 2 GB USB stick Bus 001 Device 003: ID 058f:6362 Alcor Micro Corp.
