We're in the home stretch for the openSUSE 11.2 release tomorrow. We need everybody who loves openSUSE to help spread the word!
If you're on Twitter, Identi.ca, Facebook, and other social networks, please take just a few minutes to help get the word out about openSUSE 11.2.

That page says: "the most important change is of course the introduction of Yastie as YaST mascot!" with which I wouldn't want to disagree. But then it doesn't have a picture of the mascot! Eeven when you click on the link - there's still no picture of the mascot! What's the point of a mascot if nobody know what it looks like?

Hey - you raise an interesting point. :-) But that's why we do stuff like this on the wiki - so everyone can help fix glaring omissions like that. :-D

fyi: http://software.opensuse.org/112/en is not a wiki page, so I have no idea who controls / creates that page.
It would also be good to get the wiki front page http://en.opensuse.org/Welcome_to_openSUSE.org to have a direct link to the Upgrade/11.2 page.
It may already in the page someone has in the wings for the announcement.
