[opensuse] Upgraded to 42.2 - can I roll back to 42.1 icons?
Hello, I have upgraded from Leap 42.1 to 42.2. It's working but I definitely liked the KDE "start" menu icon and the logoff/shutdown/reboot icons in 42.1 better. I went to "system settings" (apparently kcontrol) and changed to the Breeze theme, This brought back the menu icon. Unfortunately, the logoff/shutdown/reboot icons stayed in the new "wiry" design. The start menu in 42.1 defaulted to "Application Launcher" but when I installed 42.2 it defaulted to "Application Menu" which is old. Anyway you can right click on the start menu icon and click "Alternatives" and select either of the above or a third option which is like the windows 8.1 start menu "Application Dashboard" the right click menu also gives you settings via Application xxx settings, you can change the start menu icon via this.
