Broadcom NIC cards are the devil. If you have an option to use another NIC, do so. I've spent well over 2 weeks working w/ Dell and Novell attempting to get the Broadcam cards to maintain their network connectivity, with no luck.
Ryan, which cards are you using? What kind of problem are you having? I have a Dell laptop with thier wireless card installed - My hardware info lists it as the BCM94306- and it runs beautifully using both the ndiswrapper and linuxant wrappers. Although I have yet to get the damn thing to work right with XP.
