Hi, I tried a lot to use my cd-writer in suse, but still couldn't get a result. I have suse 8.0 which emulated my cd-writer (hdd) by default. But my other drive (dvd) is not. With this config, KOnCd can't be used. When I open the setup window, both writing & reading devices are set to cd-r. I change the reading device to dvd; click OK and KOnCd crashes. I can't use KreateCd also.. Because in this program devices can only be chosen from an scsi device list. Does my both drives have to be emulated? Or what else may be the problem?
