[opensuse] A few dependency questions.
Hello all, I've SuSE 10.2 installed here and I'm having a few issues with dependencies. Perhaps someone could point me in the right direction for these libraries? I did find an rpm for libasound from GWDG.be but that was incompatible with the installed version of Alsa. Any suggestions welcome. error: Failed dependencies: /lib/libasound.so.2 libibmeci.so rtld(GNU_HASH) Thanks Darragh -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

There is many repositories on said server that offer rpm packaged software. Though, the rpm suffix is not warranty that package contains software that can be used with openSUSE. Incompatibility goes so far that same software is offered in separate packages for each SUSE/openSUSE version 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
