[opensuse] mirror issue ?
I was just checking out the local SWITCH mirror at http://mirror.switch.ch - only one section in there = debug. Pretty weird. Then I went to http://download.opensuse.org and tried: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/13.1/iso/openSUSE-13.1-DVD-i586.is... and got a 404. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (22.2°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - your free DNS host, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

your link gives me a download process... but if any problem with dl, use bitorrent, it may be a bit longer, but it's always good. You can even direct bitorrent to a faulty iso to fix it! jdd -- http://www.dodin.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I prefer aria2c for the same reason. Simple, and fast -- and it can also use torrent, automatically. It uses any download method listed in the information file: ft, http, torrent, whatever. You can also use rsync for repairs, but it is a bit more complicated to use. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" at Telcontar)
