Usually the changelogs or update list can be found in the sources. As far as Mantel's changes they can be found here: ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/mantel/next/kernel-sources.changes. A similar file can be found on the kernel org site or a google search for kernel <version number> changelog will get you what your looking for. You can manually browse the docs or diff them.
