Why can't we order SuSE Linux from the website if you're living outside Germany???

SuSE has a nice website, which promotes their SuSE Linux , SuSE Linux Database server, SuSE Firewall,...
perfect business solutions...;;but you can't order it through the website!
Isn't this quite stupid?

I always bought SuSE Linux through their website, because that's the only way I can purchase SuSE........now I have to download it, or copy it....
