It is not a problem with dovecot per se.
It is included with openSUSE. I installed from the
I installedd it twice in the past and have to
install it on a 12.3
machine soon, so the eventual solutions are of interest for me
This problem started with 13.1. It worked fine in 12.3 and earlier.
Because 13.1 reinstated apparmor as installed and running by default.
This was not the case in 12.3 and perhaps some versions earlier.
