I just told the timer to start, I'll hope it is that but I do not know. How much do I have to wait till the logs are rotated, till 00 hours tomorrow?
you do not have to wait unless you are testing the systemd-timer action. you can initiate logrotate from the cl.
I would suggest manually running logrotate on one or two of your largest logs and then wait to see if systemd-timer daemon does as expected. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
