Looks like "the bat!" http://www.ritlabs.com/the_bat/index.html converts Outlook Express, but not Outlook.  I'd still have to convert the email from Outlook to Outlook express.  Nice looking app though.

There is a prog called The bat! i do not if u have heard of it,first
import ur mail to bat using its import feature then export to the
unix/linux format mbox using the inbuilt feature in it.
